Could I have help ID'ing value - French Canadian Coke Picnic Cooler

Hi folks,,,,,could someone help me understand the value of this cooler...
oustide size is approx 16"deep x 17length x12"width.....
inside is approx  14" deep x 15" length x 10" width

It was made by  St Thomas (Ontario, Canada) Metal Signs Ltd....does have some rust holes in the outside (bottom) but no holes in the interior liner.

Logo on both sides is French

$0 or $50 bucks. French doesn't go for much

The U.S. versions don't for much either.

$50.00 is on the hugh end for a cooler with rust through.

I would stay away from it myself.
