Recieved a clock I purchased on ebay. Looks to be damaged in shipping. Minute hand broke in half ( this type has no cover) Can hear parts loose inside of unit. Contacted seller asap and filed a claim with ebay. I dothese mishaps get resolved. Toughts would be appreciated. Steve
