It may be an ideal slider. In the 60's they made them square like this. Ideal made them that look exactly like that but there are a few other manufactures that made then and they look exactly alike. I had a guy call me about one a few weeks ago. i can't remember the manufacturer but it was something industrial elevator company or something like that.
