That is a Dugrenier Candy Machine... it's not a Stoner as indicated.
A few members have owned them , they are kinda neat looking for sure. this one looks complete with base.

I'd venture to guess that top if like a U Select machine will weigh in at over 100-150 lbs, the base another 50?
