Hi
I just got a Choice Vend VUB © 9-99 Coke machine What I know is that seeburg owned Choice Vend and they dont seem to be around anymore. Also that the machine was produced in the early 70s. I wanted a 60s machine but this is what I could afford for now plus I love the lighted sign with the diamonds above and below the logo its pretty cool. Overall the machine is in good shape for its age, it was stored in a climate controlled warehouse for 30 years and worked when they put it away it has not been turned on since, I have not turned it on because I brought it back from Springfield Mass yesterday on its back in my Ford Ranger pickup and was advised to let it sit upright for a couple of days before plugging it in to make sure the oil gets back in the compressor, along with making sure the fan on the evaporator motor is turning and not frozen.
I have no manual and very little information on the machine if any one has manuals knows were parts can be had ect... I would appreciate some feed back.
Cheers
Michael

Hello Michael,
Generally, let a machine stand upright for twice as long as it was laying down. And if you can be patient enough to allow an over-night stand, that could be the best yet...
As far as the other stuff, check with some of the various
Parts Suppliers
to see what they may have to meet your needs...

My six cents,
