Coca-Cola did not produce these; this is a "Fantasy" item meaning the Coca-Cola company did not authorize or contract with another company to produce these. Someone took it upon themselves to paint it red and place Coca-Cola/Coke decals on the scale.
As for additional info, try searching for the manufacturer and or model of this scale. Perhaps it's a Toledo scale...

That looks a lot like the scale that is for sale in Colorado that the guy has been selling for at least a year and a half!  Definitely just an average, everyday scale with Coke graphics added.

That looks a lot like the scale from the butcher counter at the corner store near where I grew up.  Man that butcher had a heavy thumb!  biggrin Cool laugh  Actually, we had a similar scale in my dad's drug store.  My recollection is that most all of those counter scales were white.
