Vendo 39 not dispensing

ok, So I figured out that that the handle is upside down.  How do i go about fixing this?  I'm just not sure how to remove the handle.

Open the coin door and look between the coin mech and the painted cover plate. You will see a 'U' shape pin sticking through the shaft and around the handle. Drive the pin out from underneath and the handle assembly comes right off.
