Well the light works but the motor is not working

Ok after 5 hours of messing around with it I finally got tired of it messing up so I unbolted the gear box cover and with the motor running and got the gears to mesh together and now everything is working great. It has been working for a few hours now and has been keeping time very well. Here are some pictures.

The big box office supply stores  may have the letters ( Staples, Office Max, Office Depot) You may also find them at restaurant supply stores

Nice clock!  I think Staples or Office Max will be your best bet for the letters.
