Thanks, guys. Sitting here at work, "working" . But, yesterday was a holiday - THANKS TO ALL VETERANS!! - and I spent the day putting together the main door of a VMC 56 squaretop. We have a tradition in my family where the birthday person gets to pick the restaurant, so we'll all go to dinner tomorrow (not a work- or school-night). Also, I'll post this in the Swap Area too, but does anyone have a working electric coin mech for a square top they want to sell?

Thanks again to all. Here's something my wife found that may be of interest to everyone. Go to the website dealnews.com. This is a good site overall, but in the search box, type in restaurant.com. It'll then tell you what the current coupon code is. Get the code (sometimes up to 90% off) and go to restaurant.com. This site will sell you certificates for restaurants in your area CHEAP. For example, there will be a $25 certificate that will cost $10. BUT!!! - Apply the coupon code at checkout and you'll get whatever the current discount is off of that! So, a $25 certificate can cost you anywhere from $1-$4. We've used this multiple times on places around the area. You don't get chain restaurants, but you do get some nice local ones.
The only restrictions are you can only use 1 per month at the same place. That doesn't mean you can only use one a month OVERALL, just at each place. They are good for a year. If the restaurant goes out of business or decides they won't accept them any more, let restaurant.com know and they will refund your cost and let you pick again (we've done this). Also, there is usually a minimum order. For a $25 certificate, the minumum order is usually $35. But, for a family of 4, that's easy. Example... The wife, kids (2), and me went to a place around here called the Silver Spring Mining Company (price-wise, it's like an expensive Unos). After they took off the $25, I got out of there, with tip, for $22.
Until Nov 16th, the code is ENTREE (80% off). So, a $25 certificate would cost you $2!!!
