V56 square top

Hey guys!

i am starting to put my 35$ v56 back together and have had it plugged in for the last few days.
It seems that the fan runs all the time and the compressor kicks on and off as needed.

Is this normal? My newer machines don't seem to do this.

Also it is in the garage where it has been about 40 degree for a few days now if that effects anything.

        The upper fan is supposed to run all the time. If you are discussing the lower fan,
just run the wires into the compressor rather than the junction block.

Yep it's just the upper. When I got the machine I ran it long enough to make sure it cooled before I started working on it
and this is the first time I have had it plugged in for a long period of time so I was worried something was wrong.
