Our shopping cart system can be used for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. We no longer accept International orders! Orders to Alaska or Hawaii should be confirmed via email or phone. Sales tax is added to all orders shipped within the state of Florida. Please take a moment to review our policies before placing your order.

Shipping and Handling:
These charges cover the expense of shipping from the Soda-Machines.Com Vending Shop. They include shipping or postage fees, packaging, as well as handling and processing orders in our shipping department. International/Overseas orders will be subject to additional shipping fees. Please consider the high costs associated with international shipping prior to your purchase! I can usually provide an approximate shipping fee for international/overseas orders within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry.
We ship with U.S. Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). All of our shipping services require a physical mailing address, not a Post Office Box (PO Box). We will provide a tracking number whenever possible for your convenience. If you are unable to track your shipment, please allow 24 hours for the systems to update and try again.
If you would prefer to require a signature at time of delivery or to insure a package (both are available for an additional fee), please place your order by phone during business hours or by email thru our contact page. Packages not requiring a signature are often left unattended. We are not responsible for theft of unattended deliveries.
It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment upon receipt. If damages are found, please contact the carrier as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges may be made within 15 days. A note should be included explaining the reason for the return. Please include your name, address, phone number or other contact information. Credits are made to the original method of payment only. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Exchanges may be made when we receive the item with your explanation and a payment method to cover reshipment charges. Items cannot be returned if they have been washed or worn!
