Comments:    This was Mills' attempt to manufacture a post-mix machine. These machines had a very complex array of switches and relays that lended themself prone to malfunctions. Unusual was the fact that the 400-C needed an auxillary water supply for it to operate. Water would be stored in a chilled container and as levels drop, a float switch activated allowing additional water into the tank.
