I remember the cranes at the fair. They had sand in the bottom and they would stick the prizes in the sand. You could never get the dam things to drop the prize over the exit hole. We would end up getting mad and wheeling the crane around as fast as we could to try and break the glass.
Never won a prize or broke the glass. I hope you don't rig yours like that.
