After some serious drilling - I got into the coin box (couldn't find a matching key) to the U-Pop-it.   Stuck to the bottom were three dimes - 1953,1961, and 1964.  Why is it exciting to find silver coins - even at my age ?  Its been a while since we have discussed it - what is the best you found ?

I was working at a baseball card/Autograph show for my brother. A guy paid for his admission with 4 silver half dollars. So they only cost me $2. I asked him if he had anymore but he didn't.

Early model V-83 had $1.60 in silver dimes scattered between the insulation and the door liner.

I once bought a VMC 33 at an auction and the key was missing. When I got it home I drilled the lock and inside was this stack of old Nude magazines. They were from the 70's and 80's. I took a brake for a while, and then went back to work. I saved the magazines and later ran them thru the same auction and got $25.00 for them.  biggrin
