I guess I have the bug. I decided my first machine would be a Dr Pepper Selectivend s-48 with a glass door, but I keep looking at other machines. This one is very close to me: http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/clt/1159319808.html Is this a deal? At least this one's not 3 states away. I appreciate everyone's feedback.

Again I love 110's. They are big but they are great looking machines. They may be big but they are not as heavy as some machines. Even ones of compairable size. That one looks to be in GREAT shape. Parts are easy to find, they vend multiple selections, it vends multiple size bottles and is a rare classic machine. Probably for every 200 Coke V110's you find you will find 1 Pepsi 110. Go get that machine. You can also make a mint on parts if you want. Large coin door, large coin door VMC bezel (Big Money), large door coin mech, The main Pepsi embossed door would sell for a couple hundred on ebay, Shelves and stack are not big sellers but still can be sold. So no matter what you cant loose. You can probably double your money in parts or hang onto a fantastic classic machine and watch your investment go up in value as the economy gets better. If it were near me I would already be there with cash in hand.

He says coin hardware is all there but disabled. Be sure that the block on top that catches the coins is with it, they are very hard to find separately. Since 99% of buyers only want "an ol coke machine" I think $500.00 will buy it.

It took me over 2 years to find one - Thanks again Harrison! Glen is right in that when somebody says it is disabled, no telling what has been done to it! I can repair most anything on the mech with the exception of a missing coin block or missing shaft!

I have an extra change giving V81/110 coin mech for sale if it is not reparable or if parts are needed I have a VMC 44 coin mech that is missing the slug rejector I would sell for parts.
