I believe it's an American Vendors machine, but one of the other experts will surely chime in.  I don't have my book here with me, and I believe it's pictured in there.  Am I far off, guys?

It's a Rubbermaid yard compost bin, painted on Coke Colors.
Sorry, Kidding. 
I've never seen one before, but it rates high on the cool factor. My concern is finding available parts, let alone knowing what's missing. Doubtful a manual will be easy to locae

What's so unusual is that the cabinet is square; where as other American models are circular...
I would like to know the model number and manufacturer off the ID tag.

And to reiterate, the seller will own this for some time at the asking price!

That's an American Vendor Model 124. Had one a long time ago! They are heavy as hell!!!!  darn He will have it a long time at that price.
