SMC Will Be Moving ! ! !

Hello everyone,

I'll be upgrading to a newer, bigger, better server with improved and updated software ! ! !
I have not decided exactly when this will occur as I am currently beta testing things on the new server...
I will try and post this 24 hours prior because I will shut SMC down for several hours while I complete file and database backups and finally migrate to the new server. This is necessary because I cannot allow access to the database while I'm performing backup/restore processes occurring or some information will be lost during this migration and the new server will not be current.
At the moment, it's looking like this will occur next weekend...

The next step is to resolve several internal issues we have with SMC's functionality, one of which is the communication between our main system, Joomla CMS System, and the Discussion Areas System, Simple Machines Forum.

You may have noticed a couple of changes here and there over the last few days, this will continue in the coming weeks, possibly month(s) depending on my time constraints...

If ANYONE has complaints, suggestions and improvements, please feel free to express them so we can improve SMC. Post your ideas here, PM me or email me at: jim@soda-machines.com
