On the cooler, pictures would help. The last few Victors listed on E-Bay have not sold or even drawn any bids. The most recent 3 Door was listed with a start bid of $495 and a BIN of $850. No bids. That machine was in need of a restoration. It was not embossed, appeared to be complete but was not cooling. I have been watching for a Victor 3 or 4 door myself but have not found the right one yet.
Don't know if that helps. Post some pictures and I am sure that someone on the board can give you and idea.
