Lacrosse 90 won't vend

I have a Lacrosse model 90.  All the levers seem to work but the bottles will not go into the dispensing window.  I am new to this so I assume it is something really simple that I just don't know.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks  George

Glass or Plastic bottles?

you may have to adjust the shelf height to accomidate a larger diameter bottle(s) the bottle guide usually is on a label on the inside door area.
