Those Who Stay Will be Champions!

« on: December 18, 2008, 05:43:28 am »

I have been thinking about picking up (if I can find one at a reasonable price and with the help of several friends!) a Victor 4 door cooler.  I would love to have one for a gameroom bar.  The question that I have is availability of parts for these big machines.  So far the ones that I have seen on E-Bay seem to be priced a little high for my budget.

Are cap catchers and some of the other small parts that are generally missing from these big old machines readily available or are reproductions available?  Antique Vending Company makes a nice repro countertop.

Also, what would be a good price for one of these machines in restorable condition?

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback guys!  happydrinkers

Terry--please PM me some pictures of your machine.  My guess is that it would cost a lot to ship that from you to me.  I'm in Michigan.

JohnieG--check your PM's.

Pat--If I find one of these machines that I can close the deal on I might even be willing to buy a case or two for some assistance from someone with a white Chevy Pick-up!  drinking drinking drinking
