I don't know if this is for real. It looks like it was painted red and a couple decals put on.

    That's right, Coca Cola produced soft drinks only. They comissioned other products, but only
those related to boost beverage sales.
    This guy should be busted by the Coca Cola police  hopefull

And why would a cart used "on the back lots of Universal Studios" be  painted  in Coca Cola red?

I agree, I don't think it was ever authorized by Coca Cola
