Author Topic: Need help with dryer filter direction  (Read 5659 times)

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHICH DIRECTION THE FLOW ARROW SHOULD POINT. tHIS IS A LIQUID LINE FILTER DRYER. THANKS IF ADVANCE FOR THE HELP!

The arrow should go with the flow, in this case a very small line goes to the evaporator and a larger line goes away, the filter is in the larger line and so, the arrow should be pointing towards the compressor and away from the evaporator.

Hi Gabe,

I already sent you an E-mail but just incase, the flow direction runs as follows: compressor-condenser coil-cap tube-evaporator coil-compressor. Follow the direction like that and you can tell if the arrow is in the right direction.
