Ok , I have a chance at and EMBOSSED Coke IDEAL slider. missing coin mech, no big deal. 20 year old restoration, who cares... It's an embossed Coke Ideal, I have never seen another?
Have no idea on current value, unrestored and restored?  Guy is a little high I think currently.. but of course that hasn' stopped me in the past when I wanted something bad enough.. .I've just never seen one come available?

This is going to be a quick deal so any input anyone can give me is great!

Thanks in advance, these are the best photos i have of it so far, oh yeah runs and cools great the guy says!

Have owned 2 recently.......sold 1 nice original unrestored for $2000, the other restored for $3500.00.
Keep your investments in 81's John.........sliders are cool but not super hot!

Question... the one in Walter books shows "In Bottles" embossed as well? this one does not have that... now I have no seen this in person yet so I'm not even that sold on the embossing and now without the In bottles wording I am evem more sceptical?

The last one on eay brought $350.00 about a year ago, It was 3 hours away I missed it and still kiking myself. It was real unrestored! I seen the one advertised your looking at John I would run! I dont think its legit. Just a generic with embossed lettering put in place. There was a gentleman doing this to alot of sliders in the past im not mentioning names but it happened.

We'll it turned out to be a fake, it's in Kansas City somewhere... the guy who sent me the pictures looked at in person and said it looked nice, but not nice enough.. he could make out the line where it had been welded in...
Oh well. saved more money I guess!!
