uss 64 bottle door

the door glass on the machine got was cracked, the ouside glass. I took it apart and found on two pieces of glass. I was told it should of had 2 glass and 1 plexiglass?
 if so how were they stacked with the foam in what order.
Can i get the set up from FUN-TRONICS ?
  note: mine is the slim window not the later wide window

You should be able to take the old glass to any glass shop and they will cut you some new pieces & drill the holes for a few bucks.
