Don't mean to brag, but the Coca Cola angels must be with me this year!
As I mentioned in another post, we set up a display at the antique swap
meet this past weekend and handed out lots of buisness cards.
Yesterday I got a call from a lady who had a friend that picked up one of
these cards. Her ex husband had a complete Glasco slider who stripped it down
with the full intentions of restoring it. He had also had the slider rack powdercoated
and had a new lid made for it. All parts were stored inside the box and the complete
machine was wrapped with shrink wrap to prevent rust!

She said I could have it for free if I would just come and get it out of her garage!

Needless to say, I was there within the hour jawdrop

Put out the word guys, because great machines are still hiding out there!

The key phrase there is "her exhusband".  I figured he must be already gone or on his way out".

Great score Glen ! ! !

I've said this many times here, "You just never know where and when a good deal will pop up!"
As Glen stated, people need to know you're looking for soda machines; if you don't tell then, they cannot contact you...
