Hi...

Hopefully, someone here will know what a Coca-Cola 1956 or 1958 6 case cooler is worth. It appears that all of the racks are there.

It's been sitting in an outbuilding for the last 8 years, and was taken from a storage shed prior to that. I plugged it in using an extension cord and the motor ran ( and the light in the door lit up ) , but... since the cord was over a hundred feet in length, I didn't let it run long enough to see how cold it would get. In the meantime, my dog decided to chew off the old cord!

Anyway... I'm planning to move in a year or so and I am not sure if I'll have room to take this with me - or, the time to restore it.

Anything you could tell me would be helpful.

;^) Thanks!!!!

Hello,

A picture is worth a thousand words! '<img'>
I think you'll need to spend a little more time to see if the refrigeration works properly and if not, this will reduce the value a little due to a cost replacement. '<img'>
In general, the 6 Case Cooler hasn't retained a good value mainly due to the lack of coin operation vending and that the machine is slighly on the larger and heavier side as opposed to its smaller cousins, V-39, V-81, V-80, V-44, etc...
Without even seeing the machine, my guess at a value would be between $500 - $750 depending greatly on completeness, everything is functional, and condition!

My six cents,
