I would stay away from Alan. Everything is way too high and look at the problems other members have had with him.

I know first hand that Mr Huffman has accepted money and
failed to deliver. This was a big mistake because I just recieved one of his biggest
accounts (Coca Cola) who is now suing him for a machine they bought and
never recieved a year ago. Other lawsuits against him are also pending.
I don't mean to gossip, and I don't even know the man but this forum is to help
members protect each other. Also this subject should have been started in a new post,
not in Cindy's conversation  blush

Yep Leonard (Ltransam) had some serious problems with him. I also remember someone here sending him a cooling system and it came back an unusable mess. I think he has good intentions but his company just grew too fast and he couldn't keep up.

Josh,

That would be me with the jacked up cooling system. I would never use him again and I highly recommend that others stay away as well. Just my two cents from a personal experience.

I do remember Leonard (LTransam) having problems  getting his cooler done /back
and I remember leonard saying  Al  said he was having problems .
I've only talked to Alan 2 time  and he was very nice to me both time, To have
him do a machine or a cooling unit well I've already heard two reasons
why not to have these services done by Alan and those are from
our good members & friends Brian & Leonard.

Glen  you said you pick up an account of Alan's  Coca Cola  do you mean the
Corp. or  a local bottler ?   So you would be restoring machines and signs for them?
Well good for you to get it.

Coca Cola Enterprises in Los Angeles covers most of the
Southwest states. They wanted to give a customer a "gift" with
their name on it. They contacted Alan through his elaborate web
site and ordered a machine from him and were very happy with it.
That investment must have paid off for them because soon
they ordered another machine from him and pre-paid it. They have
been getting the runaround from him for over a year and had
promissed a machine to a client. That's when they started looking
for someone local and found me.
I have a Vendo 81B waiting for them to pick up next week,
it's for someone who owns a large number of service stations.
They have already placed an order for a second Vendo 81
for a man named Terrible Herbst. He has a large holdings in Gas
stations and mini-marts in Nevada as well as Casino and off-road
motorsports. They want to present him with a machine by the end
of the year.  Also they requested his logo to be added, this could
be fun biggrin

I guess I've been to one of Terrible's stations.
A few years back, I was driving home, stopped for gas and they gave me a Terrible's Casino coozie.
