Finished my first restoration on a Gas Pump this weekend... took a while... but turned out pretty nice I think... Just have to put the glass in the door. Doing my next in in Sinclair HC. Green with white doors, and it will have the ad glass as well.

Looks good ! ! ! Do you have a hose and nozzle...? Did you remove the hose retraction cord and counter-weight...?

Jim, The Counterweight and hose retractor as still in tact, just have to put them back in when I get my hose installed on it... have to get an adapter to make it fit and get a new nozzle. Other than plus glass it's done... I already had an offer on it this weekend as it was sitting out front of the house... so it may sell?
Thanks for the kudos...

The classic Texaco colors. Looks like you were having a yard sale with them lined up.

I was having a yard sale... Each weekend if I'm home... I pull out 3-5 machines and pumps and line em up in the driveaway... I live off a pretty busy road.. probably 500 cars a day go by or more and I usually get 15-20 people stopping each day they are out... I have a big for sale sign that I put out as well and i've sold 6 machines/pumps so far. Just sold an Vendo 81a that I wasn't getting around to restore this weekend!!!

Pretty neat, doesn't cost anything to advertise and you probably do pretty good sales. However I wouldn't want to live on a busy road with all the traffic.

Nice thing about my house is even though I'm off a busy road, I'm set back nearly 200 feet from the road!... My lot is about 150 wide by 400 deep and the house sits way back... can't even here cars in the house or in backyard... plus it's only 35mph out in front.... here is a shot of my stuff out front and you can see how far the road is...
