I forgot to mention...  In the bottom of the pail - it is stamped in the metal   Wheeling 22 10 39   Any ideas??

Very Nice, the solid red is one of the most sought after,  did it have the lid.  I have seen these sale for 50 to 75 dollars but at an auction you never know.  Very clean looking I have the white with rope designs...
