PROBLEM POSTING PICS. HELP!

Can't post pics. Keep getting error occured file is to large. What am I doing wrong.I first tried to post 2 pics and then cut it back to one pic. still no luck.

Hello Jim,
The size limit is 75kb. You will need to crop or reduce the resolution to get under this threshold before they will post. Let me know if this doesn't help.
