He says it's a floor model, but heck you'd have to get on your hands and knees to dispense from it - I don't think so.
If I had the extra balloons I'd be all over this one.

Hey Bob,
The seller was not correct it is not a floor model, that puppy sat on the counter for all to see! They came in three sizes (the other two smaller). They also came in green and yellow. I have seen a few sets sell and they look great with one large and two smaller ones on either side. I would love to add them to my little collection some day.
