Hello,

Is it possible or worth the time to fix rust through on coolers? Seems to be a fair amount of units available in poor condition. Since an Acton alum is elsusive so far, looking at options.

Never fails that when camping, any type of fluid leak is asorbed by the sleeping bag :-)

Thanks,

I have bought coolers for years now and fixed the rust with either welding metal into the cooler or just using bondo or EVERGLASS.This method has worked and is a cheaper way to go if you have the tools and skills to do it.There is an Acton aluminum cooler on ebay.Item # 3608686082

Robert,
Thanks for the information. Saw the ebay item just after posting.
