I am not familiar with the MSN feature, but I would definately not give my address out until I was comfortable with the buyer. Maybe ask for her phone number? Then call from a pay phone if you are still the slightest bit concerned. OR Disregard it all together. How do she get your email address?

She doesn't have my email address, it's though craigslist email, and then craigslist emails me. I think I will just not responed to her email address to be safe . It I feels like it might be a scam. Better safe than sorry. I just don't know what they could do with the info. It would be cash and carry. But who know's now day's? The email ID has me spooked.

If Craigslist is forwarding her email, then the address will not match, since MSN is picking up the Craigslist mail forward. and besides, we all know how good Microsoft is when it comes to security.
If it's not a fake, not responding to a potential customer is a bad move.

I'm with Kilroy...
with all the sites out there (particularily in the US) your details are already readily available.. You could alays offer to take whatever you are selling to her (for a small fee) if local.

If your concerned, hope up a Hotmail account or something for free, then forward that message to that hotmail account and respond to her from there.
But I'd agree with ther earlier post that the MSN say no match, cause it comes from the Craigslist server.
