That is very nice.   We still have an operating drive in theater and it is still very neat to go every once in a while just to bring back the memories.   Very nice project and a great idea.

We make about an hour drive to go to a drive in.  My son loves it.  They are actually building a new one near where my parents live.  It is part of a whole new "town center". People want that nostalgic feel I guess.

I just looked it up.  The one they are building is actually called "Mayberry Drive-In Theater".

I would love to have a drive-in close by... I am still hanging onto my backyard theater... already had one movie under the stars this year and looking forward to another summer outside...

Cool!  We have a drive-in a few miles from my house.  When I'm fishing at my parents place, I can hear them do the "beep-beep" song.

Looks good! All the drive-ins were before my time and are all closed down around here. Except one that has turned in a flea market.

We still have two drive-in's within 30 mins of where I live. Nothing better than the intermission!

I really like the idea of using the Coca-Cola base for the j-box mount. Great job.
