The Icy-o made a brief appearance at my shop
this weekend.   It's not finished yet but I thought we
all had waited long enough, so here is a sneak peek.

Glen,

I'm hoping you can persuade the owner to share a couple of photos for use here at SMC...
It looks awesome too!
It's great to see such a rare piece make it to restoration!

My six cents,

Jim

Glen real nice... is that an original or custom paint scheme?  Never seen anything like it.  Very sharp.

That is amazing!  Is the "Coca Cola" embossed?  It looks like in the 1st pic the bottom panel with the bottle opner has some curved metal design, but I didn't see that in the after picture.   Did you need to remove that panel or am I just missing it?

Jim, of course pic's will be submitted to SMC.

I cannot take credit for paint, as I was only an advisor
on this project.
The pieces on the front were removed and brass plated.
Remember, I said it wasn't finished yet....they are being
re-installed this week.
The paint job is a re-creation of original wood grain finish,
which is hard to see in the picture.
Letters were done as original..gold with red trim
