All,
I saw this on Craigslist and it's near my house. The guy said he'll take $40 for it. Is that good, bad, ugly? I have no clue on cooler prices. I have to tell him something today.
Thanks!

Okay, I told the people I would buy it. I just have to work out the details of picking it up. This is cool, as I've only seen one of these types of coolers in person. That was a Coke model in an antique store with a $135 price tag on it. I thought that was a little high. This one will look good on top of the 7-Up machine (naturally, with felt under it Markito :'> )

If it's rust free and has the sandwich tray as well, I'd say $40 isn't bad.
Keep in mind that 7up coolers bring signifigantly less than Coca-Cola coolers and a Coke cooler in that condition would probably bring around $75-$100.
The one awesome thing is that you aren't having to pay the requisite $25-$35 for shipping that you would have been charged is you had of gotten this off of Ebay!

Well done... I would have definately grabbed that if it was near me. I turned a 7UP one down a few months back at $180 and still kick myself.
Another early Santa Surprise.

$40? grab it! Looks clean! and it's all there... lots of time the tray is missing. the little dents in the lid can be pulled/push out pretty easy.... by pulling up on the handle with it between you feet or removing the handle and getting some make shift āLā shaped, thin pry bar through the screw holes.

Picnic coolers should always be inspected on the bottom for rust through. This one looks to be better than average shape.
