Your welcome Dave,
For what it's worth when I did the light up sign for the SC machine I used 2 pieces of clear 1/8" plexiglass. On one peice of plexiglass I layed down yellow vinyl that was transparent enough to allow the light shine through, then I layed down the trojan helmet over the yellow. The second piece of clear was used to protect the graphic. Worked really good.
