Those air meters are going from anywhere from 950 for unrestored to 1400 for the nice redone jobs... I want one too.... They do make repops for around 495 that look pretty nice if you can't fork out the $1400!

ok.... after starring at these over and over.... and over...
the Orange Crush isn't a Quikold... But I would have bought it in
a HEARTBEAT!!!!!!!!! (if the price was right)...........
But the Bireley's was a Quikold Standard..... Again would have bought it too
if the price would have allowed for gas to haul it home too.
I NEED them!!!! then I'm done.....

Dave -

I paid $170 for the Quizette Wise Owl Napkin Dispenser. I've been watching the Swami's and Madam X's go for a little less and on the flip side, a lot more! I figure I got a pretty good deal. Plus, I got to touch it and inspect it before buying and didn't have to worry about paying PayPal fees or shipping. I reckon if I had of gotten it off of Ebay it would of ended up becoming $200+ transaction.

As far as the show goes, I thought it was a very good show. A lot of stuff for sale and the prices weren't bad. As always there were some that were very "proud" of their merchandise and wouldn't budge an inch.

I faired pretty well though, here's what I walked away with:
Quizette Wise Owl Napkin Dispenser
JF Frantz/ABT U.S. Marshal Target Assembly and Pan
Seeburg Teardrop Speaker w/ vol control & on/off switch
Coca-Cola "Manhole Cover" Sign Base
Hamilton Beach #33 Jadite Malt Mixer
Gottlieb "Funland" Pinball Machine (May, 1968)
