I've used Por 15 on the inside of a machine shell, but should I use it on the outside of a machine?  Can you paint over it and have a nice finish?  If so, do I need to scuff it up or any other prep before painting?

I double-check my POR paperwork, but I seem to recall that you can paint over it with a light sanding.

Curious though - Why do you want to do the exterior in it?

I was thinking of using some in the compressor area where there is some pitting.  I thought it might flow out and smooth over some of the pits.  Thanks for the info.
