Hey Gumbo. I don't think anyone is responding because there is not really enough info to give a reasonible guesstimate. If everything is there and it's just those 2 parts missing and the box is in good shape and no rust through maybe $400 - $500?

I'd say $300-$400, if "no rust through, etc. like audiobeer said. Those two parts will run you $400+. I have owned three of them in the last six years and paid a total of $1800 for all three (two were complete - one missing drum).

A repopped drum runs approx $325-350, and as Collecture said, expect to pay that much for a compresor.
The good news is almost any other parts you may need are available through Funtronics, or any of the other vendors here.
Also, the V39 vends one flavor, personally, nothing says the 50's like a 39, but it is a drawback in some people's eyes.

If you can get it cheap.. parts will pop up! I bought mine.... no drum, mech, or coin door.
$300 about 4 years ago... another one popped up on eBay in Arkansas (Joey & aspbear1
must have been sleeping '<img'> ) little rough outside but had all the insides for $500
bought, road tripped, parted it out and made a lot of the money back....
They are a classic machine. love mine.
Good luck!
