Can't get 3 slots to vend on a vendo v111-214

Hi guys,
I am new to this, so I probably won't use all the right terminology. My machine is giving me problems with three of the slots. On 2 of these it, it seems like 1 of the levers that you stack the sodas on, is in a down position. I am not sure what this means, or how this works. The other one has the out of stock light on whether there is soda in or not. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks a lot

Do you have any pics of the machine? Pic's always tell the best story!

Yes pictures are best.. it sounds like those levers control the sold out mechanism.. you said two of the columns have the levers down and the other one has the lever up ? Does the sold out light turn off when you press that lever down as well ?
I'm not familliar with the machine myself, but if you post some pics I'm sure someone with a little more knowledge will be able to assist you.

Well, I got them working. The two levers of "flaps" I was talking about are what you stack your bottles or cans of soda on. Apperently they alternate positions with one up, and one down to release or vend the soda. The out of stock lever is higher up on the mechanism. Once I stocked enough soda to be above the out of stock lever, I had to hit a reset button that resets the vending levers to their original positions. Then I had to cycle through about two vends before the sodas start coming out. I probably just confused everyone even more, so if anyone wants me to post pics I can.
Thanks!
