Coin acceptors inc pricing

HI, I have a Westinghouse WB that currently has a Coin Acceptors Inc. model no. AS9400-807 coin mech. This model has four little cam wheels that are adjustable. I have had it out and played with it. It will vend but it is akin to playing the lottery trying to find the combination to vend at a low price without the manual. Can someone tell me which wheel is which on the cam? I am sure that with this information I can figure out where to price it. Also this unit is missing the coin (change) tubes. Are there any replacements available? Thanks in advance for any help.
