Kick plates

Are the kickplates on the Vendo 39 and Vendo 81 the same, or interchangable? '>

jeakle, according to classic sodawares latest parts catalog the are different kickplates and are not interchangable. they sell a kickplate for 20.00 which says smooth stainless finish, can be polished to chrome. troy

I think they are interchangeable...

The only difference I recall is the "basket weave" pattern was used on the "white top" era machines, even 39's. Prior to the mid 50's, the kickplates where smooth.

I had mine made from mirrored stainless steel, they were awesome! I think Fun-Tronics sells stainless steel ones...
