Sorry, but it's a POP MACHINE!

I'm thinking on bidding on this Cavalier CS-80-C.  Looks like they put a 70's sticker side on the sides, but it looks pretty clean.  I've been looking for a V90, but this one is kind of close and it has more selections than my V63.  Any comments from the peanut gallery on this?

Hmmmm.  Upon closer look it appears as if they took the coin mech equipment and wiring out. '<img'>

Looks clean and the price is right so far. Spelling and grammar need some work though :-) Good luck if you go for it!!

*edit* see what you mean. Looks like the Jones plug is gone. Strange.

The jones plug is there. It is just under the coin bezel. It hinges out and plugs in. Nice machine! If I were you I would get it. I have had two identical to that. I sold one of them origional for $700. Go for it. I like the cavaliers much better than the vendo's.

I agree, GO FOR IT. I love those Cavaliers! It's identical to my CS-64 (except for it being taller of course). You've seen mine in person. Those Cavs have a very nice, clean look.

(Disclaimer: Yes I realize that is stuff on top of my soda machine. But as previously mentioned, I glued a sheet of soft red felt to the bottom of the crate, so no machines were harmed in the making of this photograph.)

Well, the seller says that the Jones plug is all there and it is only missing the mech.
I used to have a Cavalier 64 at one time.  It was the cleanest, unrestored machine I have ever seen.  Picked it up for something like $125 at the Chicagoland Show.  That was the first and last time my dad let me take his station wagon (back in college) because he knew I couldn't fit anything large in my Camaro! I got it for $385.  I almost lost out though.  Ebay/the web slowed down just as I was entering my bid (took almost 50 seconds to enter and confirm the bid - got it in 2 seconds before the end - too close for me).  Anyone have a manual for this?
