Does anyone have any contacts for crating a machine in the Richmond, VA area? Any help would be appreciated.

While I'm an overkill do-it-yourselfer I would advocate building a crate yourself. It's rather easy, and with the quality I've seen lately in some commercial crates, you may well do a better job.
