Dole deluxe dispenser

Hey Folks,
I know less than nothing about dispensers.  Dave the Birdman has found one across the pond that he thinks the guy wants around $350.00 for.  It is missing the stand, but otherwise looks complete to me.

It is in the thread "what is this" in this section of the board.

Before I trouble Dave with helping me acquire it...is it worth it?  I do not have a history of looking for these things and do not know how common they are.  I see Steve's book lists them at $600.00.
