Westinghouse wb or wc?

I recently purchased a Westinghouse WB78-K6D machine. According to information I have found, the WB machines had either levers or pushbuttons to vend drinks. However, this machine has a large center dial selector like the WC series "Selecto-Matic" machines. Was the WB ever made with the center dial selector? What do I have. The serial number plate appears to be the original.

Welcome to the board Richard. I bet what you have is correct.
I have a WB push button machine, but it doesn't look like a WB, it is a splitting image of a WC!
So you have a WB Select-O-Matic. How about you take some pictures so that Jim can add it to the database? (Plus we all like pictures!

One other thing I remember reading...
These models had interchangeable parts and advertised the ability to convert one model into another via different selection panels...
So, as Brent stated:

So you have a WB Select-O-Matic

Thanks for the information. I'm still checking out and cleaning the machine, so I'll forward some photos when it looks a little better. So far, I've replaced the power cord and plug and checked out the refrigeration system. The box cools down below 20 degrees with no problem, and is now set at 38 degrees. I need to get some sodas to load it with and see if the coin and vending mechanisms are functional.
