The machine looks really great but, I would replace the electrical harness and fan motors. '<img'>

Brian,

I'm coming in a little late but from the looks of the interior photo, this machine has seen very little use. I can't believe the bottom tray of the liner; it looks flawless! You're sure this machine hasn't been worked on...?

You have already made your decision, but I thought I would still repeat what others have suggested. Keep it original! With a little TLC, elbow grease and some good chemicals, you wouldn't believe how much you could make this shine like new!

Good luck with it!  ':drinkers:'

Hey

Load that puppy with short 8 oz beer bottles ( Corona, Bud, Bud light).
Then you could pull a mystery beer each time.

Luck of the draw.

Leave it & use it.

Thanks for the ideas.  What is the most effective chemical to clean it with without damaging the paint?  Please let me know if you have any ideas.

ps  I will be loading it with some 8 oz beer this weekend.  Great idea.  Does anyone know what types of small beers will fit into the drum?'<img'>

A soft rag and "car wash in a bottle" for cleaning and then "polishing compound" followed by a good quaility car wax works well for me.

Talking about V-39's saw this toady on Ebay UK.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Coca-Co....iewItem

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will reach big money. If it does I may decide to part with one of mine.

The seller claims its restored. I wouldn't be happy calling it that. What exactly counts as a restoration???

Dave, not only has that machine not been restored........it hasn't even been painted except for maybe a little silver with a spray can inside.      Misleading description
