I finally had a chance to go pickup one of the two jukeboxes I bought. This is my 1964 Grand prix Rock Ola, I paid $100.00 for it everything lights up and looks great it just doesnt locate the 45. Is there any message boards out there for repairing these heavy jewels.
Thanks
Joey

When I was growing up my Dad bought a jukebox that ended up starting his collecting craze. I was about 7 or 8 years old and that is the exact model he bought.

coke_and_stuff, Congrats! It's nice to see another person like myself who has a jukebox, but not the super cool, multi-thousand dollar models. Yours is great! Here's a photo of mine. One thing I like about yours is that you get to see the 45 playing. I can only watch if I open up the thing. But I do like mine's lava lamp look. Way to go, $100 is a steal!

Way to go Joey! Great find (and deal) Ads seem to be working for you! Not a bad looking juke! Maybe change out Kenny for the Beatles that would be cool!

Graet score Joey, Your Rockola utilizes the "record wheel" as mine does from the mid 50's.

Thanks guys, I have manuals and all the wiring diagrams, a extra needle and a few other pieces of paperwork, the owner even had the keys. My wifes father owned a music store years ago and supposedly after his death his contents were put into storage, More than likely a myth but we still got a few hundred 45s, some musical intruments including a Gibson Les Paul. Our plans with this one is to fill it full of mainly 50's-60's rock n roll. I still havent had a chance to pickup the other juke yet a 1972 Seeburg that I scored for $300.00.
