The little insulated bracket that holds the door wires and other lines to the evaporator? What are you guys using to replace the rubber insulator part? I know it's hard to explain but at the bottom of the cabinet there are the lines that go from the evaporator to the condenser, and there's a insulated bracket that protects the lines from the door. I need to replace the rubber inside the bracket '>

I think I understand you correctly. I use Duct Seal - a pliable putty type substance. Can be found at most specialty electrical shops. Call around and ask.

I use "cord weatherstripping". Big long putty strip that comes in a roll that is 5 or 6 beads wide. Use it as-is our mold into shape you need.  Home Depot or Lowes in the weatherstripping and duct sections.

Hello

I use the black AC lineset type insulation. I always make sure that I get a section up against the case & then another section between the cover & the lineset. This stuff will compact & give you a tight seal
